How to delete respondents


Promoter Ninja lets you permanently delete respondents and their responses across all surveys to help you comply with GDPR and other privacy regulations.

Follow these steps:

  1. Go to your organization settings

    • Click your profile menu in the top right and choose Manage Organization.

  2. Open the Data Management section

    • In the left-hand menu, select Data Management.

  3. Search for the respondent

    • Enter the respondent’s email address or respondent ID in the search box, then click Search.

  4. Delete the respondent

    • In the search results, click the trash can icon under Actions.

    • Confirm the deletion in the dialog by clicking Delete Respondent.

⚠️ Important: Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All responses and metadata related to the respondent will be erased.
